Allison Draw South Sewer
Located on the south side of Cheyenne, this project included over 840 feet of trenchless technology to install a 42 inch diameter casing. With the longest bore being 395 feet, it presented unique challenges to Coleman Construction, mainly due to the local geology. The geology included both clay impacted sand and sandstone layers, requiring us to complete each bore while operating in a "split face" condition. Through careful modifications of our steering head, Coleman Construction was able to navigate all crossings successfully to provide an end product that was on grade and alignment for our general contractor to install the carrier pipe.
